01What are your hours?+

Both Newport Beach shops are open daily from 10 AM–6 PM.

02Where are the stores?+

Find us at 2610 San Miguel Drive in Newport Hills Shopping Center and 21171 Newport Coast Drive in Newport Coast Shopping Center.

03How do NeeDoh restocks work?+

When NeeDoh arrives, we post the update on Instagram. You can also join our restock list and choose the shop you prefer.

04Does the NeeDoh list reserve an item?+

The list is a restock alert, not a purchase or reservation. Drops can be limited and availability may change quickly.

05Do you carry Jellycat?+

Yes. Our Jellycat and plush selection changes regularly and can vary by location. Call or follow Instagram for current arrivals.

06Can someone help me choose a gift?+

Absolutely. Tell us the child’s age, interests and the occasion, and our team will help you narrow the choices.

07Do you offer gift wrapping?+

Yes, complimentary gift wrapping is available in store.

08Is website inventory live?+

Not yet. The fastest way to check a particular item is to call your preferred shop or watch our Instagram updates.
